How to practice Yoga-
Follow these steps to practice Poorna Chandrasana Yoga-
- First of all, stand straight on the ground.
- Then take the left foot two feet away from the right foot, remember that till now you have to keep your hands straight.
- Now move the hands and feet in the triangle pose, keeping the toes of your right hand slightly above the ground.
- Now there should be a distance of about one and a half feet between the toes of the right hand and the right foot.
- Move one hand upwards, move the other hand upwards in the same position.
- Now raise your left leg in the air, in this position you have to keep a 90 degree angle between your two legs.
- After this try to take the body in the position of the moon, stay in this position for a few seconds and come back to the normal position.
Do not practice this yoga posture if there is a problem of bone injury, osteoporosis. Apart from this, if you are suffering from any serious illness, avoid practicing Poorna Chandrasana without doctor’s advice. Pregnant women are also advised not to practice Poorna Chandrasana.
