How is an Air Force Pilot recruited?
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts two types of examinations for the recruitment of pilots in the Indian Air Force. One is under-graduate (10+2 level) and the other is graduate level.
To appear in the 10+2 level Air Force exam, one should have passed the Intermediate in Science subject. And for graduation level exam one should have passed graduation in science subject.
Candidates who have passed class XII can become an Air Force Pilot through the National Defence Academy (NDA).
