The human body does not have enough enzymes to break down nicotine, so it stays in the bloodstream and builds up in the liver. In addition to causing cancer, smoking is bad for your heart and lungs. Alcohol
Alcohol is a depressant, meaning it slows down brain activity. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Drinking alcohol increases the risk of many types of cancers including breast, colon, rectal, esophagus, larynx, stomach, throat, pancreas, liver, and blood cancers. Women who drink heavily while pregnant may increase their child’s chance of developing birth defects. Oral Sex
Oral sex can put your mouth at risk for certain cancers. There are three main reasons why oral sex can lead to cancer: HPV infection, bacteria and viruses, and sexually transmitted infections. HPV infection, the most common STD, can cause warts, genital warts, anal warts, penile warts, and cervical cancer. Bacteria and viruses can live in the mouth and spread to other parts of the body. These bacteria and viruses can cause gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes simplex virus, and syphilis. STIs can also spread to the genitals and anus. To protect yourself, always practice safe oral sex practices: Use latex condoms. Rinse with water after oral sex. Avoid sharing sex toys. Wash your hands before and after oral sex. Keep dental hygiene routine. Be faithful. Have only one partner. Practice abstinence.
