It often happens that our flights get delayed due to various reasons such as extreme weather conditions, lack of flight attendants for the plane, absence of the pilot or the co-pilot, or technical issues in the plane. Frontier has a policy of compensating its customers on occasions of such delays, called the Frontier Delay Compensation Policy. In cases where the flight is delayed by 3 hours or more, the travellers are eligible for monetary compensation after applying for the same on the official website of Frontier.
